Creating a Space for Healing, Growth, and Self-Discovery

You Don’t Have to Figure It All Out Alone

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Maybe you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, struggling with anxiety or self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from the life you thought you’d be living.

You might be navigating big transitions—starting college, launching into adulthood, becoming a parent, or redefining who you are—and it feels like no one truly gets what you’re going through.

Or maybe you’re an adolescent trying to find your voice in a world that often feels confusing, demanding, or overwhelming.

If any of this sounds familiar, I want you to know: you’re not broken, and you don’t have to do this alone.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, break free from old patterns, and step into a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with who you really are.

A Little About Me

I’ve spent over two decades helping adolescents, young adults, parents, and individuals navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence.

I started my career at Kaiser Permanente, working with people facing all kinds of mental health concerns—from everyday stress and anxiety to identity exploration, relationship struggles, and major life transitions.

I’ve led parent support groups, mom’s groups, and therapy spaces for LGBTQ+ youth and young adults, offering spaces where people could feel truly seen and supported.
I take a down-to-earth, interactive, and deeply relational approach to therapy.

I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to explore the parts of yourself that have been hidden, ignored, or judged for too long.

My work is grounded in:

I don’t impose a rigid method. I meet you where you are, and together we explore what feels most resonant for your unique experience.

A Space Where You Can Be Fully You

I know starting therapy can feel intimidating—especially if you’ve been taught to push through, to bottle things up, or to believe your struggles “aren’t that bad.” But here’s the truth: you don’t have to wait until things fall apart to deserve support.

Therapy is for anyone who wants to feel more at home in themselves, improve their relationships, and move through life with more ease, agency, and self-connection.

Whether you’re:

You deserve a space that’s just for you.

A space where you can breathe, explore, and grow—without judgment, without pressure, and with support that actually helps.

Marking Life’s Transitions—In Therapy, and Beyond

Outside of one-on-one work, I also offer a small number of intentional gatherings and portrait sessions to help people honor important transitions in a more connected, meaningful way. These are facilitated milestone circles—designed to celebrate birthdays, rites of passage, or moments of personal growth—through reflection, storytelling, and photography.

These gatherings aren’t therapy, but they are deeply relational.

They’re about pausing to say: this moment matters.
